The premium dram took the silver in the unpeated blended malt category with a score of 93 in a blind tasting with a panel of expert judges.
Shipwright was described as: ‘light and fragrantly floral with barley sugar with honey and hints of mushroom. St Clement’s cheesecake with soft fruitiness and creamy intensity’.

The second in the Clydebuilt series, the premium dram is a blend of single malts from Speyside and Highland distilleries wholly matured in first fill Oloroso sherry casks.
It won the silver medal in the Blended Malt Scotch Whisky category at the prestigious awards held in Glasgow, fittingly on St Andrew’s Day.
