Clydebuilt 2015 Aultmore Sherry Hogshead Single Cask

Situated in the Speyside region, Aultmore distils a Single Malt renowned for its light, grassy profile. After years spent in a former Sherry cask, layers of dark fruits and spice have shaped this whisky.
Distilled in 2015, cask number 303634 was matured on-site at Ardgowan Distillery, allowing its flavour development to be closely monitored by Whisky Maker Laura Davies.
This limited edition of just 305 bottles is presented at a cask strength of 56.6% ABV, non-chill filtered and without added colouring.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Auburn

NOSE: Ripe figs and cinnamon sticks.

PALATE: Fruit scones with raspberry jam and clotted cream.

FINISH: Subtle notes of fruit cake and more sweet spice.
