Clydebuilt 2012 Royal Brackla Bourbon Hogshead Single Cask

Maturation in a rich ex-Bourbon cask typically imparts sweet flavours of vanilla, spices and toasted oak.
Distilled at Royal Brackla Distillery in 2012, cask number 306449 was matured on-site at Ardgowan Distillery to allow its flavour development to be closely monitored by Whisky Maker Laura Davies.
Bottled at a cask strength of 52.9% ABV, non-chill filtered and without added colouring. This is a limited edition of just 290 bottles.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Bronze

NOSE: Ripe peaches, nutmeg and subtle heather.

PALATE: Vibrant flavours of lemongrass, green apple and vanilla pods.

FINISH: Long, with an orchard fruit character.
