Clydebuilt 2012 Oloroso Hogshead Single Cask

This Single Cask release was aged in an Oloroso hogshead, delivering the notes and depth you’d expect of this dark style of Sherry: a nuttiness alongside sweet spices.
Aged at Ardgowan and bottled at 59.0% ABV, the wood has bestowed a rich hue and flavours of forest fruits and warming mocha. Bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered and without added colouring. This is a limited edition of just 342 bottles.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Deep Amber

NOSE: Dark fruits and warming spice.

PALATE: Rich dried figs, dark chocolate and gentle oak.

FINISH: Long and lingering, with nutmeg and toasted wood.
