Clydebuilt 2012 Benriach Bourbon Hogshead Single Cask

Based in the Speyside region, Benriach Distillery is known for its fruity character. This, paired with the sweet and spicy flavour contribution from an ex-Bourbon cask, promises a moreish and smooth taste profile.
Distilled in 2012, cask number 750335 was matured on-site at Ardgowan Distillery, allowing its flavour development to be closely monitored by Whisky Maker Laura Davies.
This limited edition of just 226 bottles is presented at a cask strength of 56.0% ABV, non-chill filtered and without added colouring.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Bright gold

NOSE: Tropical fruit pavlova.

PALATE: Buttercream icing, retro boiled sweets and fruit salad.

FINISH: Lingering tones of pineapple and mango.
