Clydebuilt 12yo Sherry Cask Matured

While our Ardgowan spirit matures, we’ve applied the same care and consideration to our first Clydebuilt Sherry Cask release, crafted to reflect our house style and emphasis on wood policy.
Matured entirely in Sherry wood, initially in a combination of butts, followed by PX and Oloroso hogsheads, the spirit was married by Whisky Maker Laura Davies. Bottled at 46% ABV, unchillfiltered and with no added colour.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Deep Amber

NOSE: Raisins, figs and polished oak.

PALATE: Dark fruits and spices.

FINISH: Long and rounded with lingering depth.
