Clydebuilt 10 Years Old 100 Proof Sherry Cask Matured

A bolder version of our classic Sherry cask matured bottling, presented at 57.1% ABV. The strength corresponds to the British 100 proof designation, historically defined as the minimum strength required to ignite gunpowder.

Following a decade in Sherry butts and Pedro Ximénez & Oloroso hogsheads sourced from the José y Miguel Martín bodega, this Speyside Single Malt overflows with notes of mocha and forest fruits.

Clydebuilt is proudly bottled at high strength, non-chill filtered and without added colouring.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Deep bronze

NOSE: Cinnamon apple pie, cocoa powder and raisins.

PALATE: Flavours of dark chocolate, cherries and grated nutmeg.

FINISH: Satisfying, with a golden syrup sweetness.
