This exclusive single cask bottling marks the beginning of a new chapter at Ardgowan. Hand-selected by our Whisky Maker, Laura Davies, this rare Pedro Ximénez seasoned hogshead has been matured and married on-site at our new distillery – a glimpse of what’s to come as we build a reputation for Sherry cask excellence.
Bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered and natural in colour. This is a limited edition of just 297 bottles.

COLOUR: Pale Gold

NOSE: Crisp green apple, floral notes and toasted almonds.

PALATE: Zesty citrus with a gentle nuttiness.
